Founded in 1966 in Olginate in the province of Lecco with the name of its founder, Mr. Giovanni Sala, this company immediately established itself because of the high quality of its products, its professionalism, its flexibility and its ability to satisfy the multiple needs of customers.
At the end of the 80s it changed its name into Sala Punzoni S.r.l. and in 2000 it moved its headquarters in Calolziocorte, effectively tripling both production area and offices. During 2006 the industrial surface area was further doubled, an expansion that became inevitable following the constant development of the company.
In 2018 a new area was added to allow the company to further grow.
In 2024 the company completed its renovation, started in 2020, equipping itself with advanced technologies with the aim of offering the best possible solutions to different production needs.
Over 60 years of experience allowed Sala Punzoni to become a world leader in the production of special punches, steel and hard metal tooling and thread rolling dies; all production processes are managed internally: from purchasing of raw materials to delivering end products to customers.
Technology and executive skills acquired over years allowed to open a further production field, called "custom", for the production of highly complex mechanical parts with small tolerances. We produce micro punches, dies and tooling with complex geometries and small dimensions.
